All property owners, tenants, or residents on 125th Street between Fifth and Morningside Avenues are members and should update their Business Improvement District membership on a yearly basis.
We invite you to register your membership below. Once registered you are entitled to vote on 125th Street Initiatives and the board of directors.
Registration grants business owners access to these two (2) BID Digital Platforms. Our neighborhood customized Harlem Happenings App and our BID Member Discussion Board. You will receive important communications and alerts and you can submit events to be posted on our events calendar.
1. Property Owners: Add or edit your property listing. Add or edit development projects and storefront vacancies. Content will be displayed on the App and BID’s Website. Engage in conversations with other others Property Owners through the Discussion Board Platform. Submit events to be listed on BID’s event calendar.
2. Commercial Tenants: Add or edit your business page; upload, control and track promotions; offer joint promotions with other business owner on the Harlem Happenings App. They will be promoted through social media platforms and eBlast newsletters. Engage in conversations with other business neighbors through the discussion board. Submit events to be listed on BID’s event calendar.
As a resident, registration ensures you receive information, alerts, and invitations to BID events.
